Baked Turbot, Sole or Any Other Fish Really

Cooking fish in the oven is awesome:

  • Your kitchen / house does not smell like fish for a week
  • It takes a mere 15 min
  • It is healthy (no need to add any oil)

What you need

  • A whole fish or filets 
  • Baker’s sheet
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper (optional) 

Steps

  • preheat the oven to 400 F
  • place the fish on a baker’s sheet in the center of the oven
  • season the fish
  • Cook for 15 to 25 min
  • for salmon filets, cook the fish with skin up for the last 5 minutes to make it crisp
